Returns
- 30 days Easy returns within 30 days of delivery
- Condition Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Our mistake We cover return shipping if the error is on our side
- Refunds Full refund within 3–5 business days of receiving return

When will my order dispatch?
Most orders dispatch the same business day if placed before 2pm AEST (Mon–Fri). You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, a flat-rate shipping fee applies — calculated at checkout.
Are prices GST-inclusive?
All prices shown on AusLabels include GST. There are no hidden charges or surprise tax amounts at checkout. A tax invoice is provided with every order.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via Australia Post. Simply enter your PO Box address at checkout.
What if I ordered the wrong tape width?
No worries — if the item is unopened, just email us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange. Use our Label Finder tool to check compatibility before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't dispatched, email us immediately and we'll do our best to help. Once dispatched, we can assist with a return after delivery.
